Lifetime Warranty - No Questions Asked | Carbon Rims
At Atomik Carbon, we build rims for the way you ride.
Our proprietary process is designed to deliver the best ride possible, and we manufacture to strict and precise standards. On top of that, we conduct three rounds of extensive quality control on each product prior to shipping to our customers. If it doesn’t pass, it doesn’t ship. Simple as that. That’s why we stand behind our products with the following warranty:
Atomik Carbon rims carry a warranty for the lifetime of the original, registered owner. This warranty covers damage that occurs only while riding. Any damage occurring from other circumstances is covered under the Crash Replacement Program at a reduced cost (see below for more information).
Special care should always be taken when selecting tire pressure appropriate for your riding weight and type of terrain being ridden. Cosmetic issues such as decals, mold lines and visual imperfections, including minor chips and scratches in carbon layup are excluded from this warranty.
This warranty does not apply to parts not manufactured by Atomik Carbon, including hubs, spokes and nipples. Removing or altering the serial number in anyway will render the warranty null and void.
This warranty is non-transferrable and only valid to the original owner. Valid proof of purchase and product registration is required for all warranty claims. Please take a minute to register your product here.
NOTICE!: Heat can damage your carbon wheels as well as tires, resulting in irreparable damage and making your bicycle unsafe to ride. Do not place the bike in a rack or carrier that will place the rim/tire in the direct path of the exhaust exit of your vehicle. Always carry your bike in a manner that provides the rim/tire at least twenty inches of distance from the exhaust and never place it in the direct path of the exhaust, even at this distance. Other heat sources can also cause damage to your rim, such as heat guns or heating devices such as those used inside a dwelling. Any damage resulting from exposure to exhaust or other external heat sources are outside of Atomik Carbon’s warranty, and the warranty claim will be up to Atomik Carbon’s determination as to replacement.
*Customer is responsible for shipping to and from Atomik. A fee of $50 per wheel will be charged to cover rebuild labor, spokes and nipples. If CX Ray, BERD spokes or alloy nipples are required, additional fees may apply. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling both directions and the warranty process must be handled through Atomik Carbon directly.

Lifetime Crash Replacement
We understand that accidents happen, regardless of how strong and durable a product is.
If you damage Atomik Carbon rims due to circumstances not covered under warranty, we offer a crash replacement program to the original owner valid for the life of the product. Rims can be replaced for $310 each MTB, $350 each Road, $450 each Chubby 43 and $500 each Phatty 85, which includes new spokes, nipples and complete rebuild. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling and the crash replacement must be handled through Atomik Carbon directly.
Returning the damaged product and starting the crash replacement process: Contact Atomik Carbon directly, not the dealer where you purchased the product. Please e-mail warranty@atomikcarbon.com or call 813-423-2120. You will be required to provide a copy of the original sales receipt. Once the return has been authorized, please send your product via insured shipping method with tracking to ensure a safe and documented delivery.
Universal Crash Replacement Program
Ready for An Upgrade at a Great Price?
Competitor Crash Replacement or Universal Crash Replacement, call it what you want… Either way, here’s your opportunity to upgrade to a premium carbon Atomik wheel/wheel set at a price that is too good to be true. The process is simple. Trade in your carbon or aluminum rim from any other brand* that has been damaged while riding and we’ll get you going on a new premium build. Upgrade to mountain rims for $310 each, road rims for $350 each, CHUBBY 43 plus rims for $450 each and PHATTY 85 fat rims for $500 each plus shipping. These prices include new spokes, nipples and complete rebuild on your existing hubs. The universal crash replacement must be handled through Atomik Carbon directly. Even if only one rim is damaged, you can trade in both of your rims to upgrade to a complete Atomik Carbon wheel set.

Atomik Carbon manufactures to strict and precise standards, and conducts three rounds of extensive quality control prior to shipping to our customers. We stand behind our products with the following warranty: Atomik Carbon guarantees all products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for the life of the product. If Atomik Carbon determines the product to be defective within this period, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. This warranty will not apply to defects caused by negligence, accidents, misuse, incorrect installation/adjustment, modifications or normal wear and tear. Damage resulting from over-tightening stem, grips, brakes, shifters or otherwise subjecting the product to loads and forces beyond its design is not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not apply to parts not manufactured by Atomik Carbon. Damage resulting from commercial (rental/demo) use is not covered. Removing or altering the serial number in anyway will render the warranty null and void. Atomik Carbon reserves the right to confiscate product we have determined unsafe for continued use. This warranty is non-transferrable and only valid to the original owner. Valid proof of purchase and product registration is required for all warranty claims.
